As long as more deeply we look in the sea of tradition, she resembles always bigger. Having no end, spontaneous but also structured in the passage of centuries. You watch lute players tuning and start playing ancient music modules, you w young persons sculpturing their desire - making it song - for their love, you watch workers starting melodies in their workplace, singing in the factory, at the farm, in the laboratory, you watch the immigrant crying with the chant of separation from his mother, from his place, from home, you watch the dance that draws the marriage and with this is wedded also the God the Nature, you watch the customs, and a lot of innumerable other elements. Each one tries to give life of anything heart orders.
And in this here so much small but luminous place (Hellas), as long as sun is lighting, the no end breath of tradition will exist. And anyone absolute western art, and anyone untamed, irregular, Eastern art it comes to meet us, and this child of tradition will be - that sometimes became an immigrant - and now is coming back homeland learned from other hands.
And these people who are tradition's breath, Maybe they are not visible any more in the war of messages, but they exist. And not only they exist. They work their taste, tune, play, sing, study again the ancient music modules, they teach, travel and play there that the hearts genuinely meet each other.
Christos Tsiamoulis is wandering from the beginning of his life in these paths of Hellenic Tradition Music. He discovers the old ancient motives, and the diachronic elements, he is studing them, he maintains them with respect and devotion, while it gives all the taste in order to maintains them live and always topical the Greek Musical Treatise.
